David is a Registered Architect and a LEED accredited professional who previously had his own practice and was President of a commercial design-build construction company for 15 years. A graduate of University of Arizona, he has worked as an Architect, contractor, developer, educator and as a national construction manager for a national retailer. David currently develops and implements targeted AEC business solutions – including Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, AutoCAD Architecture, and Navisworks – for clients across the United States involved in the design and building process. |

Glynnis is a Registered Architect and has worked within the BIM industry since 1998. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, she has worked as an architect, educator and construction site manager. Glynnis is currently the Director of Development Services at Ideate, Inc. and continues to work with AEC clients across the nation, developing, and implementing best practices solutions. In her spare time Glynnis is a member of the Morristown Environmental Commission and builds Lego projects. |

Teresa Martin – AEC Solutions Application Specialist |

Teresa is a graduate of Cornell University and has over 20 years experience in the architectural and construction industry. She has spent her career pursuing her interest in 3D modeling and computer-aided-design having worked alternately as a designer, project manager, CAD manager, 3D modeler and educator. Teresa currently develops curriculum and customized content as an Autodesk Architectural Desktop Certified Expert and Revit Implementation Expert. As a leading Revit trainer for over 5 years, Teresa brings her real-world experience to the classroom. |

Ron Palma – AEC Solutions Application Specialist |

Ron has over 23 years of experience in the architectural industry as a drafter, designer, lead project designer, trainer, and most recently a CAD manager implementing Autodesk Architectural Desktop for a residential design firm. His instructional background includes being an Autodesk Certified Instructor, trainer, support technician, educator at Portland Community College and Clackamas Community College, and a U.S. Army certified instructor. Ron is a published writer and continues to author professional technical training manuals for AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture. Ron provides Revit Architecture training and support for AEC firms. |

Shruti holds a Master of Science degree in Architectural Computing from University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom and is LEED accredited. Her experience includes working in Architecture and Construction firms in India and the United Kingdom as well as Structural Engineering firms in the Bay Area providing design, 3D modeling and drafting services. At Ideate, Shruti provides training and support for Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, 3ds Max, Ecotect and AutoCAD Architecture. |

César has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Central America in El Salvador, a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas, and is a CCCA (Certified Construction Contract Administrator). His experience includes roles as Project Manager and Project Captain at architecture firms in Oakland, California. As a member of the Ideate Tech Expert team, César teaches Revit Architecture Fundamentals and provides client support and consulting. César’s interest in the built environment includes his work as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. |

Lana Gochenauer, LEED AP – AEC Solutions Application Specialist |

Lana has a wealth of real world experience, having used Autodesk products on projects from hospitals to universities, restaurants to corporate office headquarters, from strip malls to tenant fit-up. Most recently she focused on coordination drawings/models with MEP contractors, and fabrication from the model. Lana successfully ran her CAD business and worked as the CAD manager for an international MEP engineering firm in Seattle. Lana is a Certified Autodesk Trainer and NECA certified electrical estimator. Currently pursuing her MBA in Sustainability and based in the Ideate ATC in Seattle, Lana provides training and services for AutoCAD MEP, Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks. |

| Ben Bishoff – Software Engineer |

Ben has been a software engineer for over 15 years. With a Bachelors degree in Physics, he has worked at several software companies developing applications for the AEC industry including Sage Timberline (construction accounting and estimating) and ArchT 3D (architectural drafting for AutoCAD). Most recently he worked at Microsoft creating AEC and other 2D diagramming solutions for Office Visio. Ben is currently researching and developing custom applications for Revit using the Microsoft .NET platform. |

| Gaurav Bagga – Infrastructure Solutions Application Specialist |

Gaurav works as a civil application specialist for Ideate. In addition to having a degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Construction Management, Gaurav has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry including 7 years with Ideate as an Autodesk Certified Instructor and Autodesk Civil 3D Implementation Certified Expert. During his tenure at Ideate, Gaurav has presented and taught at several conferences and CAD Camps. He has also taught and supported hundreds of students in Civil 3D and Land Desktop, has developed Ideate's custom Civil 3D curriculum and has helped over a dozen small, medium and ENR 500 engineering, surveying and planning firms successfully complete Civil 3D pilot projects. |

| Matt Miyamoto, P.E. – Infrastructure Solutions Application Specialist |

Matt is a licensed Civil Engineer in the state of Hawaii. Matt obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and has 7 years of private sector design experience which he applies in his role as an application specialist with Ideate, Inc. His project experience includes residential and commercial site development, private and public sewer, water and drainage systems, harbors improvements, and roadway improvements. While in Hawaii, Matt was involved in multidisciplinary projects for City and County agencies, State Departments, the Army COE and private developers. |

| Rahul Verma – Multimedia Account Manager/Application Specialist |

Rahul has over 12 years experience with Autodesk 3ds Max and Autodesk Viz software. Rahul graduated from San Francisco State University’s Multimedia Studies Program with emphasis on 3D Arts. His 3D experience includes character modeling, texturing, and rendering of low and high poly projects. He has been invited as a guest instructor for San Francisco State University’s Autodesk 3ds Max classes on a number of occasions and currently provides high-value training and support to Ideate customers. |

Derek holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University, Rhode Island. He is experienced working within the AEC industry from concept design through construction administration for both small and large scale projects. As Ideate’s Support Manager he ensures a timely and quality response to support requests and questions. |

Jesika received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon where she worked on construction of a student-designed structure. Her work experience includes Junior Designer at an award-winning firm specializing in architecture and land planning, and Intern Architect at a firm that provides services in planning, design, construction documents and construction administration for projects of all sizes. Jesika provides online and phone technical support to Ideate clients from the Ideate Authorized Training Center in Portland, Oregon. |
