Requirements
- Functional knowledge
of AutoCAD.
- Any experience with
AutoCAD Architecture,
AutoCAD MEP, Land Desktop,
Civil 3D, Revit Architecture,
Revit Structure, or
Revit MEP is a plus.
- Good technical communication
skills- both written
and verbal.
- A solution-based
approach to solving
customer requirements.
- Outstanding problem
solving skills with
a “get it done” attitude
and strong self-motivational
attributes.
- The aptitude and
patience to provide
over-the-phone technical
support.
- High standards for
yourself, your products,
and your services.
- The desire to learn
and thrive in a team
atmosphere.
- Minimum of a three-month
commitment
Responsibilities
- Process all incoming
(via web, email,
and phone) support
issues. Ensuring
that data entry
is as detailed as
possible so that
it may be quickly
addressed by techs
if required.
- Resolve AutoCAD
calls either directly
or indirectly (via
Knowledge Base).
- Assist with Solution
creation and Knowledge
Base management
Compensation
- $9.50/hour
- (1) free Ideate class after 90 days
